'7.c3' is a good move by White which reinforces the ‘d’ center pawn. “’7…Ne7(!)’ I think is best because there is no reason why Black should not strive to castle K-side” –Robert James Fischer ‘7...Ne7’ is often played prior to the development of the queen-knight.
